OVERVIEW

This website is operated and owned by Kachi Interiors. Throughout the site, the terms “we” "I", “us” "me" and “our” or "my" refer to Kachi Interiors. Use of this website is subject to the terms and conditions set out below and by using the website you agree to such terms.

By accessing our website and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

These Terms apply to all users of the website, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. You can find the most current version of the Terms & Conditions on this page. We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and/or changes on our website. It is your responsibility to periodically review this page for any alterations. Your continued use of or access to the website subsequent to the posting of any changes signifies your acceptance of those changes.

PURCHASE OF SERVICE

Full payment is taken up front and the design process will only start once Payment and all requested information from the client have been received.

The relationship between myself (Kachi Interiors) and Clients is governed by these Terms. The relationship is effective from the date the contract has been signed and the payment received.

DESIGN SERVICE

The duration of the design process may vary based on a selected service. The day one is the day when all necessary information from a client has been received. The approximate duration of the design process will be specified in the contract.

Once a design service has been chosen and the information received, the initial consultation (e-mail or call,...) will be arranged. During the consultation, we will go through the selected service and design requirements in detail. 

By providing the information you confirm that the information is correct. The client takes responsibility for any inaccuracy and issues that may occur throughout the design process caused by incorrect information.

Based on the information, I create the Design Pack- a mood board with a layout and all additional documents (2D and 3D visuals,...) that are included in the purchased service.

2D and 3D visuals will be produced once the design is 75% completed and agreed upon by the client unless the client requests otherwise.

You acknowledge and agree that any 2D and 3D visuals have only illustrated purposes. The visuals don't guarantee the same design result nor provide exact design or construction specifications that may be needed such as construction regulations, guidance, or laws.

Kachi Interiors will not accept liability for any purchases, or modifications related to the 2D or 3D visuals.

Kachi Interiors is not responsible or liable for orders, delivery, transport, and returns made by you or a third party nor for the wrong size, colour of products and items, or for items that are damaged.

The dimensions of the recommended items should be checked by the client before proceeding with purchasing in order to make sure they are correct.

REVISIONS

The revision in service includes and stands for:
 
- 1 change of one mood board
- 1 change of one room layout
- 1 change of up to 2 items in the Shopping List

For any additional revision, a payment of a revision fee will be requested, and if your request will involve new revisions to the Design Pack it will be treated as an additional revision(s) and an additional quote will be provided.

Revisions are not included in the 2D and 3D visual services.
Any revision request for 2D or 3D visuals will be treated as an additional revision to the Design Pack and an additional quote will be provided.

THIRD PARTIES

Kachi Interiors takes no responsibility for any losses, damages, or other financial consequences arising from a breach or failure on the part of a third party contractor.

As a third-party referrer, Kachi Interiors does not provide trades, goods, or any other services of this nature. Any contractual relations, arrangements, and agreements concerning the provision of such trades, goods, and services are solely between the client and the relevant contractor(s), retailers, and other parties.

I (Kachi Interiors) am not responsible or liable for the providing of such services, and you indemnify me completely in regards to financial consequences, loss, damage, any termination of the contract, work, obligation, or responsibility on the part of you or of the third party service provider.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

​Design service can be terminated up to 3 days before the start date. The request must be sent via email, in which case you will be refunded the payment.
 
If the request is not received in this period you will not be entitled to a refund. 

YOUR WARRANTIES AND OBLIGATIONS

You warrant the following:
 

• You are 18 years old or older

• All the information that you provided is accurate and valid.

• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or edit the design without written permission of Kachi Interiors.

• You agree to provide photos of a finalized design project and you give permission to Kachi Interiors to use these photos on the Kachi Interiors platforms.

• The photos are provided either directly by Kachi Interiors or the client.

RESPONSIBILITY

The design service provided by Kachi Interiors should be regarded only as a recommendation and advisory. While it is in our best interest to create a design that aligns with our client's expectations and requirements, the Design including drawings, specifications, information, and all other documents provided by Kachi Interiors, is intended for illustrative purposes only and should not be relied upon for construction purposes.

Consultation with a contractor is necessary to ensure accurate fitting and alignment, as there may be slight variations in measurements, especially with e-design services.

You, the client, take full responsibility for implementing the Design including all design information.
